Senior eDiscovery Project Manager – Dublin
Hybrid, €90k-€105k plus benefits
Signatus Recruitment is hiring a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager for a leading Irish law firm in Dublin. This role combines end-to-end eDiscovery project management with hands-on RelativityOne administration, troubleshooting and technical delivery.
The successful candidate will be an experienced eDiscovery professional who can manage complex matters independently while remaining technically involved in the platform.
This is not a purely administrative Relativity role and it is not a project management position where technical delivery sits elsewhere.
Senior eDiscovery Project Manager – what you need to know
You will manage eDiscovery matters from initial scoping through processing, review and production.
You will work directly with lawyers, clients and internal stakeholders while taking responsibility for the technical delivery of matters within RelativityOne.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple eDiscovery matters from instruction through delivery
- Configuring and supporting RelativityOne workspaces
- Managing user access, permissions and review workflows
- Supporting data processing, review, analytics and productions
- Troubleshooting technical Relativity issues
- Building defensible and efficient eDiscovery workflows
- Managing deadlines, priorities and quality control
- Advising lawyers and clients on eDiscovery technology
- Supporting training and knowledge sharing across the wider legal technology team
Relativity and RCA experience
The ideal candidate will hold the Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) qualification.
However, certification is not an absolute requirement.
We are equally interested in experienced professionals who can demonstrate substantial hands-on RelativityOne administration, troubleshooting and technical delivery experience.
Other relevant certifications may include:
- Relativity Project Management Specialist
- Relativity Review Management Specialist
- Relativity Processing Specialist
- Relativity Analytics Specialist
- RelativityOne Pro certifications
- Nuix or equivalent eDiscovery technology credentials
Practical capability will be assessed alongside certification.
What experience are we looking for?
You are likely to have around five years or more of eDiscovery, litigation support or legal technology experience.
Relevant backgrounds could include:
- Senior eDiscovery Project Manager
- eDiscovery Manager
- Relativity Administrator
- eDiscovery Technical Specialist
- Legal Technology Specialist
- Litigation Support Manager
- Forensic Technology Manager
- eDiscovery Consultant
The strongest candidates will combine client-facing project management with hands-on technical expertise.
Experience gained within a top-tier law firm, international eDiscovery vendor, Big Four forensic technology team, alternative legal services provider or specialist litigation support environment would all be relevant.
Who should consider this eDiscovery role?
This opportunity should appeal to someone who currently sits between project management and technical Relativity delivery.
You may already manage complex eDiscovery engagements but want greater ownership of the underlying technology.
Alternatively, you may be an experienced Relativity Administrator who has developed strong project, client and stakeholder management capability.
The firm is open to both profiles.
Location and market
Location: Dublin
Working pattern: Hybrid
Employment: Permanent
The search is focused primarily on Dublin and the wider Irish eDiscovery market.
Candidates based in Northern Ireland, the UK or wider EMEA market who would realistically consider relocating to Dublin are also encouraged to enquire.
Why consider the role?
This is an opportunity to join a sophisticated legal technology environment where eDiscovery forms an important part of the firm’s disputes and investigations capability.
The role offers:
- Ownership of complex eDiscovery matters
- Significant hands-on RelativityOne exposure
- Direct access to lawyers and senior stakeholders
- Opportunity to influence eDiscovery workflows and technology
- Exposure to emerging AI and review technologies
- Scope to develop further technical and project leadership responsibility
Salary and package
The package will be competitive within the senior Irish eDiscovery market and will reflect the candidate’s level of Relativity technical capability, project experience and professional certifications.
Candidates with proven RCA-level administration combined with substantial independent eDiscovery project management experience will command the strongest market position.
