As we grow the business further, we are particularly interested in speaking with consultants who can offer sectoral knowledge and experience (c2 years+) within Accountancy, Legal, Sales & Marketing, HR or Insurance services.

We find that the most successful consultants have a mix of industry experience, display a natural curiosity and have a desire to continually better themselves. This is not the job for you if you do not possess these attributes or if you are thin skinned and take setbacks (particularly financial ones) personally. At times, you will be put under pressure and will be expected to deliver results with small lead in times and quick turnaround times. We are not a KPI driven agency and we don’t waste our candidates or our clients time through unwarranted calls simply to hit targets. We operate a results orientated work environment and expect that you will keep yourself busy and will provide exceptional client service at all times, aiming to source and supply your client’s with the best talent available in the market. We will of course provide you with the tools and technology you need to do that.

YOUR REWARD

Your earning potential will not solely be measured on your ability to earn commissions or make placements. Exceeding your business targets and acquiring new business contacts will be rewarded with an exceptional commission structure (20%-30%) and annual bonus scheme. In time through consistent performance, a profit sharing pathway within the business will open up for you too.

 

WHAT I NEED TO SUCCEED?

To be a good fit for this role, it is likely that you will have a proven record of sales success within a recruitment agency or have a deep sectoral knowledge of sales and business development from either a legal, financial or professional business services industry.

Your career opportunity at Signatus is to further develop a practice area and make it your own, ultimately working towards ownership and company director status if those are your goals.
