Conveyancing Solicitor – Derry | £40,000–£50,000 | Full-time or Part-time
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor ready to lead your own desk in a well-established local law firm?
Our client is a respected, multi-practice solicitors firm based in Derry, known for high-quality client service and a supportive working environment. As the sole conveyancer in the practice, you’ll enjoy autonomy in your work, with the backing of dedicated legal secretarial support. Ideally 5+ years PQE, but strong junior solicitors will also be considered as will more senior practitioners.
What You’ll Do

Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion

Advise clients on all stages of the property transaction process

Draft and review contracts, title documents, leases, and deeds

Conduct title checks and coordinate with estate agents, mortgage providers, and opposing solicitors

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Resolve issues or disputes that may arise during transactions

Maintain accurate, detailed records of all matters handled
