Firm Overview: Signatus are recruiting Newly qualified solicitors with experience in conveyancing and litigation to join a reputable firm based in Lisburn. They are a small collaborative team of legal professionals operating under the supervision of a senior fee-earning partner. With a focus on high-quality work, they serve a diverse client base, including high net-worth individuals and clients requiring property services resulting from Divorce and ancillary relief matters and general residential conveyancing inquiries. Role Description: As a newly qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with civil litigation experience, you will play a crucial role in our team. After a bedding-in period, you will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid or remote basis. Your legal secretary will handle most administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on your core responsibilities, including reading title and identifying any potential legal issues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your conveyancing skills in tandem with a good caseload of civil litigiaton matters.
What do they expect from you?
- Conducting thorough title reviews and identifying any legal issues or concerns
- Providing advice and guidance on conveyancing matters with partner supervision
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless client service is delivered
- Have carriage of civil litigation caseload consisting of EL/PL/RTA/PI cases
Requirements:
- Newly qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland or 1-3 PQE
- Solid understanding of conveyancing processes, including title reviews
- Experience in civil litigation is highly advantageous
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Working Hours and Benefits:
