We are recruiting a Private Client Solicitor on behalf of a leading commercial Law Firm in Belfast. The need for a private client solicitor (2-6 years PQE ideally) has arisen due to the growth and development of the Private client practice to become one of the best known within the jurisdiction. As such, it presents an outstanding opportunity in the market at present for an ambitious and hardworking solicitor, with experience in private client matters, to contribute to the further success of this firm.
Your role
As a private client solicitor in the practice, you will continue to develop the practice through ongoing business networking activities, expanding on their existing, wide ranging client base.
What you can offer
You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor, adept in advising high net worth clients referred from corporate and commercial practice areas most likely. You should be familiar with Lexcel standards, IIP and Home Charter obligations. In addition, you will probably have experience in managing teams of junior solicitors and support staff within a busy commercial department.
The range of client matters you will be advising on will include:
- Personal Finances and Assets
- Wills, Estates and Probate
- Domestic and Commercial Property
- Tax
- Charity work
- Conveyancing
Solicitors with an established network in NI already will be of keen interest however we are also open to considering experienced solicitors returning from abroad who have the relevant skillsets and are E&W, NI, or ROI qualified. Solicitors of greater PQE level will be considered also for a higher-level appointment.
Your rewards
