We are recruiting on behalf of one of the most established law firms based in Belfast for a corporate solicitor. This firm is well renowned for their Corporate department, being chambers recognized and led by leading lawyers. Due to sustained annual growth, they are seeking to appoint a corporate solicitor with c2-6 years PQE to join their successful M&A team.
This presents as an excellent opportunity for a junior or experienced corporate solicitor to carve a career in a leading law firm where you will be exposed to high caliber deals and be given every opportunity and support to grow your personal brand in the Corporate field also.
What you need to be successful?
A Qualified lawyer / solicitor with experience preferably gained within a large commercial or corporate firm. You will present with strong transactional exposure and excellent technical drafting ability to compliment your eye for detail. It is likely if you are 2-6 years PQE that you have developed a name for yourself already with a track record of excellence in client service coupled with a high level of commercial awareness. Strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met, are a given.
