E-Discovery Senior Technical Project Manager
Dublin/Remote
c€120,000+ plus Benefits
Signatus are partnering with a well‑regarded international legal services organisation that is expanding its eDiscovery practice in Dublin. They are ideally seeking to recruit a Relativity Master Certified Senior E-Discovery Manager and are also open to more junior E-discovery Project Manager levels due to their continued growth. Although based in Dublin, there is a limited requirement to be on site and we are open to applicants who have the required experience and certifications to be remote first based.
In this role you will deliver complex eDiscovery projects from intake to close‑out, contribute to the management of the team, and ensure that technical workflows, platform configurations and service‑deliverables meet the highest standards. You will be hands‑on with tools such as Relativity (or other major platforms like Nuix, Axcelerate, Reveal) and support processes including collection, processing, review, culling, production and analytics.
What you’ll be doing
You will take ownership of end‑to‑end eDiscovery‑project delivery: establishing project plans, cost estimates and workflow specifications; managing data ingestion, native and load‑file mapping, system configuration, review‑batch setup and production output. You will ensure quality control and defensible processes are in place at every stage. You will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external teams, support first‑line technical issues, work alongside second/third‑line support when required, and mentor others within the team. You will monitor project metrics, highlight risks or bottlenecks, and feed insights into service improvements, including newer technologies like TAR, GenAI tools and e‑bundling workflows.
What you’ll bring
You will have demonstrable experience of managing eDiscovery‑Technical service delivery, ideally involving major review platforms (for example Relativity, Nuix, Axcelerate) and a strong technical aptitude. You should be comfortable translating business/legal requirements into technical specifications, working with large data volumes, and delivering solutions under time pressure. You’ll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset. Experience of mentoring or supporting less‑senior staff is highly desirable.
Ideal Certifications and experience
Relativity Master Certified
5+ Years in a technical EDPM role within a law firm, vendor or supplier
US, EMEA or global EDPM experience highly desireable
Please note, We can only accept applications and may only respond to those applicants who present with relevant e-discovery forensics experience. Technical PM and Saas based experience will not meet our clients requirements for this position.
