Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Personal Injury Manager (Salaried Partner), you will:
- Lead and manage the Belfast team, ensuring efficient case management and exceptional client service across various specialized sections and practice areas.
- Deliver on targets and branch objectives, ensuring optimal performance in operational, financial, and client service standards.
- Inspire, engage, and motivate staff to achieve their best, ensuring organized, client-focused, cost-effective, and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor case intake and develop strategies in collaboration with the Managing Partner and management group to meet strategic growth goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing mentorship and support to team members.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in management and leadership, including performance management of staff, resources, and cases.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Significant experience in case management, handling complex and sensitive cases from start to finish.
- A results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving targets and driving continuous improvement.
- Admission as a solicitor by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
